1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to washer and dryer rentals provided by Priority Washer & Dryer Rentals LLC, Las Vegas, NV ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting or accepting a rental, you agree to them. Questions? Call or text (702) 710-0122 or email isaac@prioritywasherrentals.com.

2. Rentals and pricing

  • Rentals are month-to-month — no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time.
  • Pricing is per appliance per month as shown on our website (for example, a washer is $40/mo, a dryer is $40/mo, a washer & dryer set is $60/mo).
  • Delivery, installation, and maintenance are free. A one-time $30 stair fee may apply for upper-floor installs and will be confirmed with you up front.

3. Installation and use

You agree to provide safe access to working hookups and to use the appliances only for normal household laundry. Please let us know right away if anything stops working right so we can repair or replace it at no cost to you.

4. SMS / text messaging terms

  • By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us about your rental, scheduling, and our services.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
  • Reply HELP for help.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

5. Cancellation and access

When you cancel, we'll schedule a pickup at a time that works for you. Please keep the appliances accessible so we can collect them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the rental is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
